Dear Members,

The 13th International Conference of Federation of Asian Clinical Oncology (FACO 2025) will be held in Shanghai, China, from 24 to 25 October 2025. The theme of the conference is "Collaboration & Innovation in Clinical Oncology in Asia”, this event will gather the leading experts to shape the future of cancer care across Asia.

FACO (Federation of Asian Clinical Oncology) was established in February 2012 by the Japan Society of Clinical Oncology (JSCO), the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), and the Korean Society of Medical Oncology (KSMO), in recognition of the need for a pan-Asian academic organization that could stand alongside ASCO and ESMO.

For this conference, the organizer – CSCO - is offering International Travel Grants to 150 doctors and researchers from Asia. We warmly encourage your participation.

International Travel Grant
Travel Grants for Asian Oncologists. 150 Travel Grants to be allocated to Asian oncologists.

1. Requirements:
The grants are primarily targeted to Asian attendees who meet the following criteria:
1) Submit an abstract to FACO 2025;
2) Priority will be given to those who obtain oral or poster presentations.

2. The Grants include:
1) Round-trip air tickets (economy class airfare); Booking will be made by CSCO Head Office.
Note: Only one booking service is supported. Any fees incurred from ticket changes or cancellations shall be borne by the recipient.
2) Two nights' hotel accommodation (October 24th to 26th);
Booking will be made by CSCO Head Office, any additional nights are at the recipient's expense.

3. Key Dates:
Travel Grant Application Deadline: July 8
Outcome Notifications: August 20
